Autumn Break Trip
Last week we had our autumn break. About 20 students from us decided to make a big trip together- Thanks for Lisi and Adrienn for planning and arranging this trip.
We started on saturday at 5 o’clock in the morning to the trainstation in Oulu. The first stop was Tampere. A beautiful city with really nice brickstone buildings and a lot of museums.

After 5 hours sightseeing and visiting a Media and Mineralmuseum we went further to Turku which is located in the South-West of Finland. I enjoyed the party and the nightlife rather than the city itself. It was a quite boring city and we walked a lot. So all of us really looked forward to get on the Party-Ferry (21:00) which took us to stockholm.

Next Day in the morning we arrived in Stockholm for me the most beautiful city on the trip. I was f.. amazed about the city and the very friendly atmosphere here in the capital of sweden. The swedish people are so friendly. I have never seen such a pleasant folk before.

Next Day took the night-ferry again and went to Tallin (Estonia). We had a lot of fun on that ferry especially with the karaoke bar and naked dancing on the tail of the boat ;-).

Arrived in Tallin we looked up our hostel and searched for something to eat. Thomas, Ko-hei, Andi and me found a typicall german/austrian beerhouse which also was called the “Beerhouse”. It was pretty amazing to eat that german/austrian food and also listening to “STYRIAN” Music. Thomas and me spent the whole afternoon and evening there.

Next Day after sightseeing and walking around again we went with a 3h-Ferry back to Finland to Helsinki. I have already been there so it was not my main target of the trip. But i really enjoyed it as well. We had two night a lot of fun.

That was one week full of interesting sightseeing, crossing 3 different countries and cultures and of course a lot of fun with those 20 exchange students.
